parts order cancellation

To cancel an order from empr.com.au please note the following conditions and then fill in the form and submit.

Please be aware that parts order cancellations need to fall within the Terms and Conditions of EMPR Australia which stipulates that a cancellation fee of $30 Ex GST or 30% which ever is greater may apply. Orders already shipped from our warehouse cannot be cancelled.

Please provide a detailed reason for your cancellation request in the Comments field below. Failure to do so will see the Cancellation Request being rejected or delayed.
